- Medicaid Recertification-We will check with your clients to make sure they received their recertification packets and review recertification documents. We will then submit completed renewal packet to HRA.
- New Applications-We will review all Medicaid applications to ensure all documentation is correct. We will submit applications to HRA and track them to ensure approval
- Billing and submission of surplus bills
1. We will send monthly surplus bills to clients and follow up to ensure payment
2. We will submit surplus bills to activate coverage.
3. We will attempt to resolve issues such as non-payment of surplus by dealing with the client and the agency
- Pooled Trusts-We will explain Medicaid surplus solutions to your clients and assist in gathering necessary documents to establish Pooled Income Trust. We will submit the trust and track it until the trust is approved
- Medicaid Eligibility Issues-Our experts will help you deal with HRA. They will assist you in Investigation, Tracking and Resolution
